Yeah, this is funny, but it's also absolutely true. So many girls are afraid to pick up weights for fear of gainly beastly amounts of muscle mass. Many others who do train with weights are overly cautious and always make an effort to train extra 'light'. Ladies... unless you're pumping yourself full of hormones and eating copious amount of food, moderate to heavy resistance training will help get you the more aesthetically pleasing/sexier/"toned"/feminine physique on the bottom.
