I'm all about finding good meals that are both quick and inexpensive. This literally takes 1 minute to prepare and costs me $2.39 at Giant Eagle. Some people are turned off by tuna, but if ya ain't, this makes an excellent pre workout meal due to the slightly higher sodium content, lean protein, and complex carbohydrate.
1 Uncle Ben's Rice Cup - Red Beans & Rice (or flavor of choice)
1 Can Bumblebee Albacore Tuna
Microwave the rice for 45 seconds on high while you crack open the tuna. Then, oh, wait.. you're done.
