“I first contacted Ben over a year ago about his online Personal Training services. Ben responded very quickly and answered all the questions I asked of him. Well I let time past and never got back to him. Ben would shoot me an e-mail from time to time to see if I was ready to start training and would ask what my reservations were. My only real reservation was could I justify the cost, Ben assured me he could work within my budget and that he would help me get in the best shape of my life. Finally in October 2013 I reached out to Ben and started doing his online training. I must say he has been AWESOME to work with. He sends me workouts and answers all my questions in regards to the workouts. He also post meals on his facebook page that are quick and healthy to make. He’s not only very professional and knowledgeable, but he’s a really great person. The workouts are just the right level of difficulty and he makes them fun as well.
